the television in the room did not function and i found no wifi available. the staff informed me it could not be fixed. the absence of a kettle in the room was also inconvenient.

good shower shower pressure room downgrade tea making facilities
the shower had good pressure.
there was no apology or explanation given upon check-in. the lack of tea-making facilities in the room was also an inconvenience, given my early start.

clean room kind host free refreshments twin room no apology missing facility
i found the room to be clean and presentable. the hosts were kind and helpful . refreshments were not in the room, but they were offered free downstairs in the bar area.
i booked a double room but received a twin room, not ideal. i had not slept in a single bed since childhood. there was no apology on check in or any mention of the change in room type.

the room was very clean and recently refurbished. the shower was excellent. the bed was comfortable (i slept like a log!).
the hotel has a rule against consuming food or drinks not bought there, which seems a bit strict.

the rooms feature well appointed corridors. i loved the nice pillow and the lovely bed. the bar is great with quality snooker tables. the function room also looks good.

clean room spacious room close location friendly host
the room was very clean and spacious i appreciated this feature the location is close to university hospital making it convenient for my visit there is also a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the hospital breakfast included friendly host.
the bathroom needed a place to put toiletries
